Wondering how to cool down during your summer stay in Prague? Although our rooms have air conditioning, we have some tips for you:
❄️ Zlute lazne (Yellow Spa): a beach on the banks of the Vltava River where you can play beach volleyball, rent a paddle board or just relax.
❄️ Take a boat ride: Particularly in the evening, a ride on the Vltava River through the centre of Prague is both a refreshing and magical experience. There are plenty of boats on the banks of the river.
❄️ Parks: Enjoy the refreshing greenery in one of Prague's parks. And with a little courage, you can even swim in the natural pools in some of them.

Our Story
Our company has long been involved in building, reconstruction and renting of luxury apartments, studios and lofts in Prague. We focus on interesting locations and the creation of first-rate conditions for our guests. From 2015 we have been fully focused on short-term rentals of luxury apartments, studios and lofts in the very center of Prague. We offer several residences, as attractive in their design and furnishing as they are in their locations, situated in Prague 8 (Karlin), and in Prague 1, in the “New Town” (Wenceslas Square and surroundings) and “Old Town” areas. Each residence has its own specifics, variously adapted apartments, proximity to various historic sites and opportunities. The focus is always, however, on the comfort and privacy of the client, who can additionally rely on a number of services comparable with those of the best hotels.
