I know that bone broth sounds a bit weird to some people, that's why I suggest adding some veggies and heavy cream to make it look more delicious😋 Now you can call it soup😁

Ingredients:

1 kg soup bones, I prefer beef

3 carrots roughly chopped

2 stalks celery roughly chopped

1 onion roughly chopped

5 cloves garlic peeled

2 bay leaves

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Roast the bones in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and fill with water.

Simmer for at least 24 hours. You can keep this simmering all week, topping up with more water

Once cooked through, you can strain and store in a plastic jug in the fridge, or otherwise pour into silicone muffin trays and freeze
