What you’ll be doing:
• Writing scalable code using Python
• Coordinating with front-end developers and other team members
• Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements
• Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests
• Maintaining and building on top of existing applications
• Performing code reviews

What you will need:
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Python Developer or equivalent experience in the same field
• Educational attainment: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Possess a good moral character, good problem-solving skills, hardworking, team player, and can work with minimal to no supervision.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g. Django, Flask or Pyramid)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
• Understanding of the differences between multiple platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

• Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in scaling applications
• Experience in system integrations
• Knowledge in financial applications

What you’ll be doing:
• Confer with managers to discuss staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• Market new job opportunities; researching and choosing job advertising options
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Determine and send out cold recruiting emails for potential candidates
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; conduct interviews and monitor technical exams
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
• Assist new hires in their onboarding process
• Liaise with managers to create accounts for new employees
• Oversee the employees' welfare and other HR-related items as needed

What you will need:
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or other relevant education
• With at least 1 year of experience in all facets of HR especially in recruitment
• Organized and keen on details.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
