Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Specialist - Automotive Industry (Arnstadt, Germany)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fluent in Chinese? We are looking for a dynamic Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Arnstadt, Germany, within the fast-paced automotive industry. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a linguistic background and an interest in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.
Support quality control processes, ensuring that customer service procedures align with our commitment to excellence.
Assist with operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.
Daily Tasks:
Engage in standard customer service activities, including communication with clients and receiving requests via different channels.
Forward customer requests to the relevant operational departments and ensure that these requests are fulfilled promptly.
Monitor the fulfillment of customer requests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Create and manage special reports, providing insights into service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Address discrepancies, process changes, or customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Leverage any background in operations or quality assurance to enhance the overall customer service experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
Fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes or previous experience in customer service would be great but it´s not necessary
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Conduct and complete contract negotiations prepared individually to the customer´s needs
- Share customer impulses/needs and discuss appropriate implementation options
- Preparation of calculations, offers, and sales presentations
- Continuous observation of the competition and monitoring of new trends in the field of our business
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in business or technical field could be an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in BD/Sales
- Fluent Czech and advanced English
- Success in the sales cycle from plan to close
- Dynamic, active personality with outstanding negotiation and communication skills and business thinking
- Representation and customer focus
- Flexibility
- Advanced Computer skills
