Hydro - laboratory

Can you imagine spending a whole week confined within these walls? Ten meters below the water surface? 😲

Surrounded by monitors, all kinds of sensors and measuring tools and gadgets. That’s the interior of a research lab that enables a three-member crew long-term stay under the water surface.

Project Hydronaut can be used for biomedical and psychological research in humans under extreme conditions. The generated data then can be applied to simulate space missions and their aspects. Enough said, this is proved by the project’s cooperation with ESA BIC Czech Rep. incubation program. 🚀

Exploration of deep space begins underwater! 🤿 🛰
Project Hydronaut is a deep underwater lab for simulation of certain space missions and their aspects. It enables a wide range of research studies and experiments in controlled conditions. 🔬

The facility can be used for medical, biological and psychological research such as examination of extreme mental and emotional strain, but also influences of pressure, damp, artificial light, or even for testing of properties of various materials.

It can also serve as a training facility for divers, speleologists, medical teams or rescuers.
