JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be joining a multinational team of sales representatives who are eager to learn, take pride in their work and want to reach their full potential. Working within an upbeat, diverse and supportive team environment, our managers will coach and guide you to become an exceptional sales person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
B2C sales with global prospects, outgoing calls only (no cold calling)
Answer prospect queries
Update the customer relationship system (CRM)
REQUIREMENTS:
English language (minimum standard: proficient to intermediate level)
Right to work in the Czech Republic (VISA)
Professional phone manner
PC literate

As a HR Recruiter, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you are also a strong communicator and comfortable forming hiring strategies, we would like to meet you.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with company’s top management to identify future staff requirements and specific job objectives.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff to fit with overall business direction.
Consistently recruit an excellent staff.
Applicants screenings and scheduling interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Source potential candidates via various online channels, networking etc.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Design and update recruitment materials and publish job ads to appropriate channels.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in English,
- Czech is a big advantage,
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are from different locations and belong to different cultures,
- Ability to work in changing environment,
- 2+ years in Recruitment, Human Resources or related field,
- Ability to work with targets,
- Outstanding communication skills, writing skills, and interpersonal skills,
- “I-can-do-it” mindset.
