What we now know as House of Loevestein was once the beloved weekend residence of Karel Loevenstein, a prominent industrialist, advisor to the First Republic governments, and the great-grandfather of the current estate owner, Robert Katchner.

This was the place where he came to escape the demands of work, spend time with family and friends, host gatherings, and enjoy an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. And that is exactly the spirit this project continues to carry today.

For us at Brandmark, House of Loevestein has been part of our journey since the very first idea. A true passion project that allows us to fully express our ideas, experience, and attention to detail without limits.

That is why we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of the revival of such an extraordinary place with such an incredible story.
