Previously, if you missed your scheduled appointment for biometrics or document collection, you had to go through a complicated process: writing an apology letter, waiting for a new appointment, and risking your residence permit if you missed it again.

📌 Now, there’s good news! If you're late, you can simply go to counter No. 25 and still be served.
