Cílem bylo navrhnout rodinný dům do stávající zahrady, který by splňoval klientovi nemalé požadavky na vnitřní prostory, ale zároveň působil relativně křehce a vypadal spíš jako zahradní chata. Malá chata na pozemku nyní je a má krásnou atmosféru, kterou jsme chtěli maximálně zachovat. U vjezdu na pozemek je malý plácek, na který navazuje nízký domek s dvojgaráží, kůlnou, skladem dřeva a malou pracovnou se sociálním zázemím. K hlavní stavbě se jde mezi stávajícími vzrostlými stromy pod stínícím porčem s posezením na lavičce. Hlavními detaily a benefity rodinného domu jsou velké prosvětlení interiérů, jídelna s vysokým stropem a průhledem do podkroví, krb v centrální části domu s navazujícím relaxačním sezením a velkorysá letní lergola.

Our goal was to design a family house in the existing garden that would meet the client's considerable requirements for interior space, but at the same time appear relatively fragile and look more like a garden cottage. The small cottage on the plot now is and has a beautiful atmosphere, which we wanted to preserve as much as possible. At the entrance to the plot there is a small area, which is connected to a low house with a double garage, wood and garden storage and a small study with social facilities. The main building is accesable through the existing mature trees under a shaded porch with seating on a bench. The main details and benefits of the family house are the large amount of light in the interiors, a dining room with a high ceiling and a view into the attic, a fireplace in the central part of the house with a connected relaxation seating area and a generous summer pergola.

Výrazná dřevěná podlaha dominuje jinak velmi světlému obývacímu pokoji s kuchyní v současném elegantním designu. Osobitost jinak nadčasovému interiéru dodává tlumeně zelená sedací sestava a výrazná skleněná svítidla s keramickými detaily.

A striking wooden floor dominates the otherwise very bright living room with a kitchen in a contemporary, elegant design. A muted green seating arrangement and striking glass lamps with ceramic details add uniqueness to the otherwise timeless interior.

Elegantní šatna propojuje koupelnu, ložnici a chodbu. Materiály jsou hřejivé, tón v tónu – od krémového koberce, přes béžové dveře a plná dvířka skříní, po dřevěný dekor uvnitř prosklených částí skříní a černé akcenty vypínačů a rámů skleněných dvířek. Kromě intenzivního osvětlení bylo navrženo i noční tlumené osvětlení o teplejší barvě světla pro zdravé noční svícení a působivý efekt.

The elegant dressing room connects the bathroom, bedroom and hallway. The materials are warm, tone-on-tone – from the cream carpet, through the beige doors and full cabinet doors, to the wooden decor inside the glass parts of the cabinets and the black accents of the switches and glass door frames. In addition to the intensive lighting, night-time dimmed lighting with a warmer light color was designed for healthy night lighting and an impressive effect.

V ložnici jsme volili o něco tmavší výraz. Prim hrají strukturovaná saténově lesklá tapeta tlumeně bronzové barvy a kouřová skleněná svítidla osazená teplými zdroji světla pro zdravé noční svícení a atmosféru.

We chose a slightly darker look in the bedroom. The main features are textured satin-gloss wallpaper in a muted bronze color and smoked glass lamps equipped with warm light sources for healthy night lighting and atmosphere.

Povrchy nadčasových koupelen tvoří pouze dva materiály – neutrální zemitá dlažba a v identickém odstínu i textuře její vlnitý dekor. Hřejivost dodává dřevodekor nábytku. Čistotu a svěžest zastupují bílé sanitární zařizovací předměty, bílé corianové desky pod umyvadly a chromové baterie a doplňky. S vlnitým dekorem obkladů stěn jsou v maximálním souladu křivky vybraných dekorativních svítidel. Ta mají v sobě tlumené zdroje teplé barvy světla pro zdravé noční svícení, pohodu a atmosféru.

The surfaces of the timeless bathrooms are made of only two materials – neutral earthy tiles and its wavy decor in an identical shade and texture. The wood decor of the furniture adds warmth. Cleanliness and freshness are represented by white sanitary fixtures, white Corian countertops under the sinks and chrome faucets and accessories. The curves of the selected decorative lights are in maximum harmony with the wavy decor of the wall coverings. They have dimmed sources of warm-colored light for healthy night lighting, comfort and atmosphere.

Základním motivem celkového výrazu interiéru je výběr nadčasových materiálů tón v tónu – od lehce tónované barvy stěn, přes béžové dveře, neutrální zemitou dlažbu a koberce až po dřevěný dekor nábytku a drobné černé akcenty. Kromě intenzivního osvětlení bylo navrženo i noční tlumené osvětlení o teplejší barvě světla. Lištový systém osvětlení je univerzální a může nasvicovat jak různé interiérové detaily, tak plochy stěn, kde může vzniknout malá domácí galerie (obrazy, fotografie).

The basic motif of the overall interior expression is the selection of timeless tone-on-tone materials – from the lightly tinted wall color, through beige doors, neutral earthy tiles and carpets to the wooden furniture decor and small black accents. In addition to the intense lighting, nighttime subdued lighting with a warmer light color was also designed. The track lighting system is universal and can illuminate various interior details as well as wall areas where a small home gallery (paintings, photographs) can be created.

Naším úkolem byl re-design fasád bungalovu, jež byly v původním projektu stavby ryze utilitární bez estetické hodnoty. Zvýšili jsme usazení střechy, aby se do interiéru dostalo více světla a její masivní okraj rozdělili zalomením na dvě výškové úrovně. Fasády jsme rozdělili na materiálové bloky, tmavou barvou jsme potlačili parapetní části oken a jejich nadpraží a zrušili efekt jednotlivých opakujících se okének. Okna získala větší formát přiznanými kaslíky na žaluzie. K fasádám jsme předsadili poloprůhledný prvek tvořený hliníkovými lamelami, čímž fasády získaly rytmizovaný detail a
víceúrovňový dojem. Dotvořili jsme parter kolem stavby.

Our task was to redesign the bungalow facades, which were purely utilitarian in the construction project without aesthetic value. We raised the roof pitch to allow more light into the interior and divided its massive edge into two height levels by deviding into two segments. We divided the facades into different material blocks, used dark paint to suppress the window sills and their lintels and canceled the effect of many repeating windows. The windows were given a larger format with the addition of blinds. We added a semi-transparent element made of aluminum slats to the
facades, giving the facades a rhythmic detail and a multilevel impression

Při návrhu interiéru historické kavárny Esplanade ve Františkových Lázních bylo hlavním cílem vytvořit autentickou lázeňskou atmosféru, ve spolupráci s NPÚ zrekonstruovat cenné interiérové prvky v originální podobě a zároveň zajistit uživatelský komfort jak návštěvníků, tak personálu. Přestože investor změnil několik pro nás velmi důležitých detailů a toalety se nerealizovaly dle našeho návrhu, což má negativní dopad na celkový dojem z kavárny, tak máme přesto z výsledku radost a přejeme kavárně úspěch.

When designing the interior of the historic Esplanade Café in Františkovy Lázně, the main goal was to create an authentic spa atmosphere, to reconstruct valuable interior elements in their original form in cooperation with the national heritage department, and at the same time to ensure user comfort for both visitors and staff. Although the investor changed several details that were very
important to us and the toilets were not implemented according to our design, which has a negative impact on the overall impression of the café, we are still happy with the result and wish the café great success.
