How can Dejvická become a vibrant urban boulevard?

The project Korzo Dejvická explores the future of one of the most important streets in Prague 6. Every day thousands of people pass through the street – going to work, school, shops, services or meeting friends.

The goal of the conceptual study is to understand how Dejvická can become a greener, safer and more lively public space, balancing mobility, local businesses and everyday life in the neighbourhood.

The study focuses on several key themes:
• quality of public space
• mobility and street organisation
• support for local businesses
• blue-green infrastructure and climate resilience

An important part of the project is public participation. Residents, local businesses and institutions are involved through surveys, community meetings, consultation groups and thematic walks. Their everyday experience helps identify the main problems and opportunities along the street.

The insights collected through the participation process will help shape the conceptual study for the future of Dejvická Street.
