မြန်မာနှင့်မလေးရှား နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ တွေ့ဆုံပွဲ ကျင်းပ

နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးတင်မောင်ဆွေသည် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၁၉ ရက်တွင် နေပြည်တော်သို့ အလုပ်သဘောခရီးစဉ် ရောက်ရှိနေသည့် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီး ဒါတို ဆရီ ဥတမ ဟာဂျီ မိုဟာမက် ဘင် ဟာဂျီ ဟာဆန် ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖွဲ့နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပြီး MGallery Hotel ၌ အလုပ်သဘောနေ့လယ်စာဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံ ခဲ့သည်။
ယင်းသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် မလေးရှား နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် အာဆီယံဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးတို့ကို ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ အပြန်အလှန် အကျိုးစီးပွားဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် ကဏ္ဍများတွင် လက်ရှိပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို မြှင့်တင်ရေး အပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး ဦးဆောင်သော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် ၁၉-၅-၂၀၂၆ ရက်၊ မွန်းလွဲပိုင်းတွင် နေပြည်တော်သို့ အထူးလေယာဉ်ဖြင့် ဆိုက်ရောက်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော် နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများက နေပြည်တော်အပြည်ပြည် ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်တွင် ကြိုဆိုခဲ့သည်။ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် ညနေပိုင်းတွင် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံသို့ ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာခဲ့သည်။

Foreign Ministers of Myanmar and Malaysia hold Bilateral Meeting

U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, met with Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia who was on a working visit to Nay Pyi Taw, at MGallery Hotel on 19 May 2026. The Union Minister also hosted a working lunch to the Foreign Minister of Malaysia and his delegation.
During the meeting, the two Foreign Ministers cordially discussed matters relating to enhancement of relations between Myanmar and Malaysia at the bilateral level and in the context of ASEAN. They exchanged views on promotion of existing cooperation in the areas of mutual interests.
The Malaysian delegation arrived in Nay Pyi Taw by a special flight on the afternoon of 19 May 2026 and was welcomed by U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon arrival at Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. The delegation departed for Malaysia on the evening of the same day.

ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၌ လွတ်လပ်၍တရားမျှတသည့် ပါတီစုံဒီမိုကရေစီ အထွေထွေ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလမှ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလအတွင်း အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါ သည်။ အဆိုပါ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် ဆန္ဒမဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသူ ၂၄ ဒဿမ၂၃ သန်းရှိသည့်အနက် ဆန္ဒမဲပေးသူ ၁၃ ဒဿမ ၁၃ သန်းကျော်သည် ၎င်းတို့၏ လွတ်လပ်သော ဆန္ဒသဘောထားများဖြင့် ဆန္ဒမဲပေးခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ ပြည်သူများက ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့သည့် လွှတ်တော်နှင့် လွှတ်တော်က ရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက် သည့် နိုင်ငံတော် သမ္မတဦးဆောင်သော အစိုးရတစ်ရပ် ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် ထိုစဉ်အာဏာရအစိုးရက မဲမသမာမှုများကို ဆိုးရွားစွာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အဆိုပါရွေးကောက်ပွဲသည် တရားမျှတမှုမရှိကြောင်း နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများနှင့် ပြည်သူ များက တောင်းဆိုမှုအရ စိစစ်စုံစမ်းခဲ့ရာ မဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသူ ၃၈ ဒဿမ၂ သန်း ကျော်အနက် မဲမသမာမှု ၁၁ ဒဿမ ၃ သန်း ကျော်ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိသာထင်ရှားစွာ စိစစ်တွေရှိခဲ့သဖြင့် ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မသမာသောနည်းလမ်းများ အသုံးပြု၍ အာဏာရယူလိုသည့် တာဝန်ရှိသူ များတွင် အဂတိအမှုနှင့် အခြားသောပြစ်မှုတို့ကို ကျူးလွန်ကြောင်း ထင်ရှားပေါ်လွင်သဖြင့် တရားဥပဒေ နှင့်အညီ တရားရုံးက ပြစ်မှုထင်ရှားစီရင်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ လွတ်လပ်၍ တရားမျှတသော ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအသစ်ကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် ပြန်လည်ကျင်းပခဲ့ရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော နိုင်ငံရေးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုကို အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံ အများစု က နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ပြီး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုတိုးမြှင့်လိုသော်လည်း အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ အနက် အနည်းငယ်သောနိုင်ငံများက မြန်မာအစိုးရအပေါ် ကန့်သတ်မှုများ၊ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများ၊ တန်းတူ ကိုယ်စားပြုမှုကို ချန်လှပ်ထားခြင်းများကို ဆက်လက်ပြုလုပ်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းနေပြီး၊ အာဆီယံ ပဋိညာဉ်စာတမ်း အခန်း (၁)၊ အပိုဒ်(၂) ပါ အခြေခံမူများကို ဖောက်ဖျက်၍ အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင် တစ်နိုင်ငံ ၏ ပြည်တွင်းရေးကို ဝင်ရောက်စွက်ဖက်ခြင်း၊ ဝေဖန်ပြောဆိုခြင်း၊ ဖိအားပေးခြင်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက် လျက် ရှိသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့သည့် ၁၉၉၇ ခုနှစ်မှစတင်၍ အာဆီယံ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အာဆီယံတူညီဆန္ဒများနှင့်အညီ တက်ကြွစွာပူးပေါင်းပါဝင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသော အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် အာဆီယံ၏ ယန္တရားများနှင့် လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ အတွက် နှစ်စဉ်ထည့်ဝင်ငွေများ ပေးဆောင်ခြင်းအပါအဝင် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံ၏ တာဝန်ဝတ္တရား များကို အစဉ်တစိုက် ဖြည့်ဆည်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
လွန်ခဲ့သည့် ၅ နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်းက အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံအချို့၏ သဘောထားဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အပေါ် ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများ ပြုလုပ်သော်လည်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံ၍ အာဆီယံ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ၏ တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများနှင့်အညီ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အပြုသဘောမဆောင်သည့် ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများကို နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရအသစ်လက်ထက်တွင် ဆက်လက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းနေမှုများသည် ဒီမိုကရေစီနည်းလမ်းတကျ မဲပေးခဲ့သည့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ ဆန္ဒသဘောထားများကို လျစ်လျူရှုရာရောက်ပါသည်။
အာဆီယံအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် တူညီဆန္ဒမရရှိသေးလင့်ကစား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သည် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်တစ်နိုင်ငံချင်းစီအလိုက် ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှုများကိုဆက်လက် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိ ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုများအပေါ် ထောက်ခံကူညီပေး ခဲ့သည့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံအများစုကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

Press Statement

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar successfully held a free and fair multiparty democratic general election between December 2025 and January 2026. Out of 24.23 million eligible voters nationwide, more than 13.13 million cast their votes according to their own free will. As a result, a new government led by the President elected by the Parliament, chosen by the people has now assumed the responsibilities of the State.
In the 2020 general election, the then-ruling government committed severe electoral irregularities. Following complaints from political parties and the public regarding the lack of fairness in the election, investigation and verification were carried out. Due to the findings of significant irregularities involving over 11.3 million cases out of 38.2 million eligible voters, it was addressed according to the law. Consequently, those responsible for attempting to retain power through fraudulent means were duly prosecuted before the Court in accordance with the law, upon the establishment of clear and sufficient evidence of corruption and other criminal offences. Therefore, a new free and fair general election was held in December 2025.
The positive developments taking place in Myanmar have been well recognized by the majority of ASEAN Member States, many of which have expressed their readiness to further enhance engagement and cooperation with Myanmar. However, it is observed that a few Member States continue to maintain restrictions, discriminatory measures, and the exclusion of the Myanmar Government from equal representation, while interfering in Myanmar’s internal affairs through criticism and pressure, in violation of the fundamental principles enshrined in Article 2, Chapter I of the ASEAN Charter.
Since joining ASEAN in 1997, Myanmar has actively participated in ASEAN processes in accordance with the ASEAN consensus and principles. Furthermore, as a responsible Member State, Myanmar has consistently fulfilled its duties and obligations as an ASEAN Member State, including making annual contributions for ASEAN mechanisms and activities.
Over the past five years, despite facing unequal treatment arising from the positions of certain ASEAN Member States, Myanmar has exercised patience and continued to cooperate in accordance with its obligations as a Member State. Attempts to continue such non-constructive engagement with the new government of Myanmar disregard the genuine will of the Myanmar people, who exercised their democratic rights through lawful voting.
Although a consensus has yet to be reached on Myanmar within ASEAN, Myanmar continues to maintain bilateral engagements with ASEAN Member States. Myanmar deeply appreciates to the majority of ASEAN Members States that have supported the positive developments taking place in Myanmar.
Myanmar will continue to pursue peace, stability, prosperity, and the protection of the fundamental rights and interests of the people of Myanmar through a Myanmar-owned and Myanmar-led process aligned with the country’s prevailing circumstances.

Union Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives Ambassador of Nepal to Myanmar (7-5-2026, Nay Pyi Taw)
U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador of Nepal to Myanmar, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 7 May 2026 at 1700 hrs.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on existing ties of friendship and cordial relations between Myanmar and Nepal. They also discussed matters relating to expanding of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

ထို့အပြင် နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များဖြစ်သော တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းမှု မရှိသေး သည့် နယ်စပ်ဒေသများမှ တိုင်းရင်းသားများအား ဥပဒေဘောင်အတွင်း နေထိုင်နိုင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေး၊ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု မြှင့်တင်၍ ပို့ကုန်တိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ရေး၊ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးကိုအခြေခံ သည့် စက်မှုလယ်ယာ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးမှ ကုန်ချောများကို ပြည်ပသို့ တင်ပို့နိုင်ရေး စသည့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုများအပေါ်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် အခြားဝန်ကြီးဌာနများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်၍ ပါဝင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထို့နောက် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့၏ ရက် (၁၀၀) စီမံချက်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ရက် (၁၀၀) အတွင်း ဦးစားပေးဆောင်ရွက်သွားသင့်သည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ဦးဆောင်၍ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများ၊ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များနှင့် အရာရှိကြီးများက ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်း
ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပြီး ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက နိဂုံးချုပ် အမှာစကားပြောကြားကာ အခမ်းအနားကို ရုတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။
