The history of Roullet Cognac House dates back to the year 1780 when Paul Frederic Roullet founded a new distillery in Goulet Place, Foussignac located in the very heart of Cognac region. This is one of the first Cognac Houses who started the bottling of cognac to the glass package, that significantly increased the interest of customers and consequently the total sales.

Becoming the supplier of French Royal Court and later the contractor of Napoleon Bonaparte army Roullet Cognac House successfully survived the period of French Revolution. In the beginning of XIX century Paul Roullet married heiress of one of the most ancient cognac producers - Delamain Cognac House, that allowed to consolidate two productions and adopt the manufacture and distribution savoir-faire.

Today Roullet Cognac House is a member of SAS LES VIGNOBLES REUNIS-ROULLET Company. Despite being a modern producer that takes into account the market trends and consumer preferences, the company is still committed to the family age-old traditions. Mathias Paul Roullet, the representative of ninth generation of Roullet family constantly keeps the watchful eye on production process from grape harvest till bottling and labelling.
