Visual Arts Program

We've had 135 graduates since the master's degree program in English was launched in 2007. Eight of them will receive their Master's diplomas next week, including Shira Roth and Vincent (Jianquan) Li Vincent Li who successfully defended their diploma works in on Tuesday this week!

You can still see the diploma projects of all UMPRUM students, both Czech and international ones, at UMPRUM in Mikulandská 5, Prague 1 and at Kasárna Karlín, Prague 8, 1st floor, till Tuesday 30th June 6pm!!

The diploma project of Vincent Li will be also exhibited in Atrium Žižkov, Čajkovského 12, Prague 3 from July 3rd to July 31st. The exhibition opening will take place July 2nd at 6pm. Everyboy's cordially invited to attend!

The studios of the Graphics Department at can be found both in Kasárna Karlín, the new temporary school's home till the historic building in Jan Palach square in Prague 1 is renovated, and in the Technology Centre in Mikulandská 5, Prague 1. The critique of the end-of-semester projects took place in the Graphics studios last week but you can still visit the Artsemester exhibition till June 9th 6pm and perhaps also see the works of four of our international master's degree program students from the Graphics department in , , and

Fine Arts is one of the four departments of that have temporarily moved to Kasárna Karlín, the school's new home for two years till the Neo-Renaissance building in Prague 1 gets renovated. Kasárna Karlín is one of the two UMPRUM venues where you can visit the Artsemester exhibition till June 9th and where the presentations of the final semestral works had taken place before the show started.
