We tried Equal Reality, a solution that uses perspective changes through VR to make a difference in this world.

The experience we had was very intense, feelings that surfaced very real, and the perspective change I undertook remains impressive and memorable to me!

I guess Rick Martin would agree with me that there are several benefits and use cases for integrating VR into a training or coaching practice.
