ABC Incuba 2026 — Open Call

ABC Incuba is a 6-month incubation program (May–October 2026) supporting FLINTA artists and cultural workers with migration experience in Berlin to develop socially engaged cultural projects.

This is not just a workshop series — it’s a structured process to move your project from idea to implementation.

What the program includes:

✨ Weekly mentoring (group + 1:1)
📚 Monthly workshops on funding, sustainability & production
🤝 Peer exchange
🏛 Institutional networking
🎭 Midterm and final public presentations
💶 €2,000 stipend per project

We are looking for projects that are:

• Socially engaged
• Collaborative (teams encouraged)
• Non-profit
• Feasible within 6 months

📌 Commitment: approx. 4 hours per week

Kein-automat
It’s a poetic-political act in the heart of the city.

Created by Río Guerra & Ángela Amarilla .amarilla_ Kein-automat reclaims one of Berlin’s most iconic objects — the Photoautomat — and transforms it into an interactive poetry dispenser.

But these aren’t just poems.
They are voices from the margins.
Words that resist white, Eurocentric, heteronormative standards.
A counter-machine that refuses to reproduce sameness.

Kein — the German word for negation — becomes our tool of reappropriation.
As Spanish-speaking immigrants, we use this language to speak up, inhabit space, and resist disappearance.

🌆 Kein-automat is a living installation — a protest, a memory device, and a love letter to the right to exist differently.
