Four months ago, my life shifted in ways I never imagined.
This year didn’t just challenge me , it changed me.
I’m still healing, still learning, still carrying the pain with me into 2026 but I’m stronger, clearer, and more grounded than I was before.
To the friends who stood by me, listened, cried with me, and never let me feel alone.
Thank you. I wouldn’t be standing like this without you.

This year didn’t come gently.
It tested me, broke me, and rebuilt me.
I learned to let go, to set boundaries,
and to find myself again.
I don’t leave this year untouched.
I leave it stronger. Wiser. More honest.
I learned that survival is growth
and that healing isn’t always quiet.
I’m taking only what nourishes my soul.
Everything else stays behind.
For anyone who’s been fighting quietly ,you’re not alone 🤍
