But when you leave a company, all that’s left is swag and a goodbye note. If your voice never stood on its own, what’s left? 😱

If companies can scale globally, why is hiring globally suddenly “too complicated”? 🙄

Businesses expand across borders, sell products worldwide, and navigate complex regulations to maximize profits, right? …So why does hiring talent beyond their home country suddenly become an impossible task? I just don’t get it. 🫣

The systems to support global work already exist. 🌐 Cross-border frameworks like the OECD make international collaboration possible, and technology has made remote work seamless. 🌎

The real issue isn’t logistics. It’s mindset! 🆘

Shutting people out based on geography doesn’t just limit business growth. It just deepens inequality and fuels global divides. 😵

If we actually care about innovation and progress, we need to stop making excuses and start opening doors. Opportunity shouldn’t depend on where you were born because talent is everywhere.
