Well it's been a minute! But our reformer-only training is back and it's updated, offering you a recognised qualification to help you stand out from the crowd! I will always recommend a comprehensive training on ALL of the pilates equipment as the best way to understand and appreciate the pilates method as a whole. But I'm going to listen to all of you reformer-obsessed peeps who've been begging us to reintroduce this intense, theoretical and practical format, designed to provide you with the tools to curate thoughtful, creative yet well-structured group reformer classes. It's not a breeze, but if you're ready for the challenge then reach out and grab your spot before they disappear. This will be our final training in 2025 🙀

It's been an intense few days! But as much as my abs are killing me, it's been a joy to spend time with our team as we challenge ourselves in new ways. However much our abs might burn, there's more discomfort in stepping out of the comfortable patterns that we know, and accepting the invitation to think and move differently. If you're not open to feeling confused or even overwhelmed at times, how can you move forwards and progress? There may be comfort in staying where you are, but I wouldn't want to miss out on the camaraderie, excitement and growth of embracing a new challenge. We're all so excited to share what we've been learning with you. We might need to recover and get a massage first though 😂
