Amazon has now added more than 50,000 electric delivery vans to its fleet worldwide. This means it has reached half of its target of at least 100,000 electric delivery vans by 2030.

In May, 43,931 new electric vehicles were registered in the UK. Battery electric models saw a 34.2% rise in uptake, reaching a record 27.3% share of the market so far in 2026.
