The answer: Everything right! Our latest hackathon, themed "AI’m Staffbase", was a two-day frenzy of innovation. Our teams went from zero to demo on some seriously mind-bending concepts—from making our internal tools smarter to dreaming up brand-new, AI-powered features for our Employee Experience Platform.

But it wasn't just about coding. It was about celebrating the passion, curiosity, and talent that make our team world-class.
