TÜV Rheinland
Das Social Media Team von TÜV Rheinland begrüßt Euch und informiert hier über uns als Arbeitgeber!
What comes to mind when you hear “Jupiter”? The planet, or Europe’s fastest supercomputer? Here at TÜV Rheinland, we’re thinking more about computational operations than planets these days. That’s because our latest “future in.sight” lecture series focused on JUPITER at the Forschungszentrum Jülich. It’s significantly accelerating AI research.
Why are we looking into this? As an independent service provider, we lay the foundation for secure, future-oriented solutions. With expertise, objectivity, and the highest standards, we support technological change worldwide and strengthen trust in innovation. That is why we aim to provide insights into relevant future topics for our employees and TÜV Rheinland e.V. members.
What do you hope to gain from high-performance computers? 💻
Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work. 🤝 A reminder that safety is not written in rules alone, but in the way we notice, decide, and act every day.
At TÜV Rheinland, safety means taking care of each other. It is a mindset that connects people across every location, every team, every role.
Across our global sites from Thailand to Hungary, from China to Brazil, from Argentina to Cologne, we are making these stories visible. Because a strong safety culture depends on sharing them, learning from them, and talking about what happens in everyday work moments that often go unseen. 🌍
These are stories of people who notice before something happens, who question routines, and who turn small actions into real impact. 💙
Because safety culture is built in everyday moments, and it grows when we make them visible and keep the conversation going.
Felix Neureuther receives the 7th International TÜV Rheinland Global Compact Award. 🏆
The former alpine ski racer is being honored for his long-standing commitment to education, movement, health, and environmental protection.
The award recognizes his dedication to children and sustainable development in winter sports and the Alpine region. Through the Felix Neureuther Foundation, the movement and education program “Beweg dich schlau! Ein Program der Felix Neureuther Stiftung”, and the “Naturhelden” project, he promotes early engagement of children with physical activity, health, and environmental stewardship.
Neureuther has also been actively involved in protecting alpine ecosystems for many years. As a BRS Conventions Advocate for Clean Mountains and Glaciers, he raises awareness of the impact of climate change on the Alps and winter sports. His efforts support the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and the principles of the UN Global Compact.
➡️ The International TÜV Rheinland Global Compact Award, presented by the TÜV Rheinland Foundation, honors people committed to sustainability and social responsibility. Previous recipients include Reinhold Messner, Dr. Auma Obama, and Professor Antje Boetius.
The award will be presented on October 1 at Cologne’s Historic City Hall. The TÜV Rheinland Foundation and Cologne’s Mayor, Torsten Burmester, will host guests from politics, business, science, and culture for the event.
