Complex Coaching

🎾 Great Performance Workshop at the German Tennis Federation in Cologne Preparing for the German Championships:

3 days + 26 players + their coaches.
Two age groups.
One goal: Handle pressure & stay present when it matters.

We worked on the core elements of consistent performance:
• Managing pressure and stress
• Practical tools for relaxation & in-between match recovery
• Effective self-management during breaks & transitions

Loved the energy and collaboration — players and coaches really worked as one team. 🙌
