💡 Learning, Connecting, Collaborating: BioMex at eLearning Africa!

🖊️ Closing out an already successful week of signing Memoranda of Understanding with our esteemed academic partners University of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, the BioMex delegation also attended the eLearning Africa Conference in Accra joining educators, innovators, policymakers, and EdTech developers from across the continent to explore the future of eLearning in Africa.

🎤 Our team attended engaging sessions on Africa’s rapidly evolving EdTech landscape, the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in education, academic integrity and assessment in the digital age, and innovative approaches to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). These discussions offered valuable insights into the trends and solutions shaping the future of education and workforce development across Africa.

🤝 The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to learn from and connect with prospective collaborators and continue to forge new partnerships.

🚀 Yet, as this busy week draws to a close, we are energized by the conversations, inspired by the ideas, and excited about the next steps advancing the BioMex journey!

🎯 Turning Collaboration into Lasting Impact!

Following the successful signing of our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Ghana, we were delighted to continue our journey in Kumasi with the public signing of a new MoU with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

🤝 We were honoured to be welcomed by KNUST Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson, alongside Registrar Mr. Benjamin Boampong Owusu, who witnessed the signing. Representing the President of the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz, Prof. Dr. Karl Stoffel, was Marc Bludau, Managing Director of zfh – Zentrum für Fernstudien im Hochschulverbund.

🙏 We were particularly grateful to participate in the opening and closing prayers, which reflected the spirit of mutual respect and partnership that will guide our future collaboration.

🧪 Together with the KNUST Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR), this partnership strengthens the delivery of the BioMex Certificate Programme in Ghana through on-site examinations and hands-on laboratory training opportunities for learners in Kumasi.

🌍 This milestone marks another important step in building local capacity, fostering scientific excellence, and preparing the next generation of professionals in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

👏 Special thanks to Professor Augustina Angelina Sylverken, Professor Samuel Asare-Nkansah, and Professor Richard Phillips for their invaluable support in developing and finalising this agreement.

🚀 We look forward to advancing the BioMex Certificate Programme alongside our outstanding partners at KNUST and creating lasting impact for learners across Ghana.

🤝 Formalising Partnerships, Expanding Possibilities!

We are excited to announce the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the , , and one of our valued partner in Ghana, .

🔬 This partnership strengthens collaboration in the delivery of the BioMex Certificate Programme in Ghana. Through the support of the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) and the University of Ghana School of Pharmacy , participants will benefit from on-site examinations, hands-on laboratory training, and closer engagement with local lecturers and industry experts.

🌍 Together, we are helping equip the next generation of pioneers in Ghana’s biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors with the skills needed to drive future advancements.

🖊️ The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Karl Stoffel, President of the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz, and Prof. Alfred E. Yawson, Provost of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana. The agreement was exchanged by Marc Bludau, Managing Director of zfh, and Prof. Kwadwo Asamoah K**i of NMIMR and the BioMex Ghana Advisory Board.

We look forward to this exciting partnership and to further enhancing the quality and impact of the BioMex Certificate Programme in Ghana.
