AddYouCation has good news! We can provide an additional 50 girls with learn-package this year. In total, 97 girls will receive school-packages from AddYouCation this year. The students are in forms 1-3 (the German equivalent of grades 10-12).

AddYouCation hat gute Neuigkeiten! Wir können 50 weitere Mädchen in Ghana mit Lern-Packages unterstützen. Insgesamt sind jetzt 97 Schülerinnen in unserem Patenschaftsprogramm. Die Mädchen besuchen die 10. bis 12. Klasse und freuen sich sehr über die Unterstützung.

Today we honour women, and celebrate their achievements and contributions to society!
The ability of a woman to develop her potential depends on whether she is given the opportunity to attain an education. Across the world, more women are getting an education and the female literacy rate has increased (Global Education Monitoring Report, 2019).
However, there’s still a long way to go. In low-income countries young women are more likely to be excluded from getting a secondary and tertiary education than men.
Women still need us to stand up for them!
When you help young women attain an education, you help them develop their potential and shape their own future!

Wir unterstützen Schülerinnen in Ghana

AddYouCation unterstützte den Bau der St. Catherine Senior High School in Agbakope, Ghana. Die Spenden wurden ausschließlich für die Errichtung der Gebäude und Außenanlagen der Schule eingesetzt. Dank unserer Patenschaften wurden und werden weiterhin auch einzelne Schülerinnen an der Schule gefördert. Einzelheiten zu unseren bisherigen Aktionen findest Du auf www.addyoucation.com
