A little update on my Diet!😎 in the 8 weeks since started, I am down from 25% body fat to 20.5%, and some of my trousers start to fit again, although we are far from comfortable sitting with them on in a longer meeting! (but I guess this zoom thing goes on for a while and my PJ´s are extra comfy!) Except the numbers which improved, I feel much more mental clarity and better concentration, memory (sucks for the kids, as I remember all the punishments I give them now!!😆) better digestion! This was in the first 3-4- weeks of balance, but completely normalized and bloating from before is completely gone. I can swim 1.5 hours, no problem and come out fresh and energized, while in the first days it was a torture to finish an hour in the pool and i was completely dead afterwards. I can bend and tie my shoes without holding my breath and getting dizzy! What I find most amazing is the improved quality of sleep! I used to have 4-5 hours with not more than 30 minutes deep sleep and around 45min REM. Now I regularly have 6-6.5 hours and 1.5 hours deep and REM! I feel less stressed and very well, having now once a week a cheat day, but might not overdo this in future as I feel horribly bad after having pizza, burger, icecream, cake, chocolate, steak, spaghetti carbonara and an inzywinzy piece of milka!
