Bright Spots - India

WE BELIEVE that solutions for more sustainable agri-food systems already exist!

Through the BRIGHT SPOTS project, WE AIM to identify regions that represent ‘bright spots’ of and , learn from them, and share that knowledge.

Specifically, we are looking for bright spots of sustainable agriculture and food systems across INDIA and MEXICO. We chose Kerala, Punjab, Oaxaca and Puebla because these states represent the diversity of food systems across India and Mexico, and they have distinct challenges and opportunities to work towards a more sustainable future.

What is OUR vision of a sustainable food system?

OUR RESEARCH will bring diverse groups together to work towards a common vision, fostering just and sustainable food systems for us and for generations to come.
