KI Spezialisten suchen und entwickeln Möglichkeiten um mit Hilfe von KI in Simulationen über Überwachung, Messungen und Mustererkennung bis hin zum Ressourcenmanagement die Situation zu verbessern. Auch im Naturschutz, z.B. beim Monitoring von Wildtieren kann dank KI genauer und effizienter gearbeitet werden, wenn z.B. mit Hilfe von Drohnen die Tierpopulation kontrolliert wird.

Your cool idea will never find its way to become a great product?
It happened again. You stand in front of your customer or your boss, completely at a loss. You wonder how you can make them understand your product idea.
Let’s face it, what you need, is a language that everyone understands – but how do you get there?
It is totally understandable that your head is full of details when you share your idea. I feel the same way with new ideas.
And you know what? Brooding further won't get you anywhere.
What you need now, is a deeper understanding of your customer, what they really care about and need. It's about speaking to them in such a way that you can “look around the corner” and get clarity about what customers really need but cannot put into words today.
This is when everything changes: You find the right words; you are understood, and your idea develops further - to a product that fits.
And the best part: You can get started with 10x10 minutes of your time. It's an art you can learn. It's all about that question: How did you do it in the past.

Hand aufs Herz, was du jetzt brauchst, ist eine Sprache, die jeder versteht.
Es ist total verständlich, dass dein Kopf voll von Details ist, wenn du von deiner Idee erzählst.
Ich kenne das gut.
Die meisten meiner „Ideengeber“ im Innovationsprojekt können ihre Idee anfangs nicht verständlich rüberbringen. Dann lernen sie zu verstehen, um was es ihren Kunden wirklich geht, was diese wirklich brauchen und schon verändert sich alles: Sie finden die richtigen Worte, sie werden verstanden und die Produktidee entwickelt sich weiter – zu einem Produkt, das passt.

I have spoken to many business leaders in the past few months and there is a clear consensus amongst them in industrial and manufacturing, that 2021 will be a year of decision-making about the future for many companies and industries, at least in Germany.
Business leaders ask:
• What's the next smart step we can't miss?
• How massive do we have to proceed?
• How much of that can we handle?
• Should we follow the call of technology and invest more in AI, blockchain and more?
• How will our existing markets change? What does that mean for your portfolio? What evolves?
I'd say
1) Set up a clear Lighthouse in form of a guiding strategy that is easy to understand and that gives clear directions. Be a role model in acting on it and explain it over and over again.
2) Action needs guard rails. Deep customer insight fulfill this function perfectly. Rub shoulders with your customers of today and those of tomorrow and learn.

It helps to meet true needs and to offer real value to your customer. Understand the job-to-be-done, the progress they try to make and find out what's in the way. If done right, your innovation will fly. It's called Customer Centric Innovation.
