No conformity of production means in the automotive industry, that new technical approval is required for upgrades, otherwise OEM have no authority to sell and drive their cars on public roads. Updating software by OTA, without any checking by official authority, in fact is a direct violation (bypassing) of this worldwide CoP regulation. 🛂

⏳ This criticism we stated back in the year 2017 already, as first lethal crashes with AP occurred. It took (way too) long to get this important message to the right people then: innocent people get sacrified purely for the sake of business profit.
