🚨 Let’s be honest: data alone doesn’t change anything.
Numbers can overwhelm. They can frustrate. And if not handled well, they leave leaders and employees thinking their voice doesn’t matter.

That’s why Thomas Lanthaler is sharing a superpower:
👉 How to turn employee survey data into action.

In just 60 minutes, you’ll get:
⚡ Practical tools and facilitation tricks
⚡ A clear role you can play as a leader

"The greatest asset of a company is its people."

International Workers’ Day is a powerful reminder of the progress made through unity, action, and courage.

But more importantly, it’s a reminder that recognition isn’t a one-day event. It’s something we practice continuously, every day, all year.

Because recognition is:

💗 Being seen.
Not just for the big wins but for the quiet, consistent effort that keeps everything moving.

💗 Being valued.
It goes beyond “thank you.” It’s: “You matter here. What you bring to the table makes a difference.”

💗 Being heard.
Recognition is a dialogue. Listening, asking, acting – and choosing dialogue over silence. Especially when it’s hard.

So, today, we reflect.
Tomorrow, we continue.

Because the best workplaces don’t just celebrate their people.
They include them.

What happens when you mix a bit of competition, a lot of movement, and a shared purpose?

A whole lot of Ennovians coming together across borders to support a good cause.

More specifically, you get 19 teams, hundreds of activities, and a donation to the Red Cross. Driven by our own sweat and steps! 💪

To mark World Health Day 2025, we kicked off a 4-week fitness challenge. From Aarhus to Amsterdam to Romania (and everywhere in between), we logged our lunch walks, bike rides, gymnastics session, baby jogger strolls, you name it!

The rules were simple:
📍 Mixed teams = more fun and connection
📍 Assigned team captains to help keep motivation high
📍 Every activity counted
📍 No sport too small
⭐ Each point = a donation to the Red Cross

Although the competition was a serious element, in the end it was one big Ennova-effort, with over 80% (‼️) of our people taking part.

That participation rate, along with seeing colleagues from different teams and countries cheering each other on, sharing photos in their Teams chats, and taking lunch walks together really was a win in itself.

Psychological Safety: Green Light for Innovation 🚦

Have you ever held back an idea in a meeting because you doubted yourself?

What if it sounds silly?

What if my boss dismisses it?

That hesitation? It's the enemy of growth. When employees don't feel safe speaking up, innovation stalls.

The good news is that you can build psychological safety starting today.

Here are three simple steps to get you going:

🗣 Start the conversation right.
The next time you sit down with your team, open with:
"I'm here to listen. Tell me how you are experiencing things."

👂 Encourage openness.
When someone shares a challenge, instead of reacting, say: "I'd like to understand this better. Can you explain more?"

🤔 Manage discomfort.
Difficult feedback or emotions? Pause. Take a breath. Then lean in with curiosity, not defensiveness.

Psychological safety isn't a nice-to-have. It's the foundation for engaged employees, stronger teams, and true innovation.

And it starts with the way we listen 💗

Breaking the Mold: The Quiet Gender Revolution in Promotions | Ennova 08/03/2025

Something is happening.
A quiet revolution.
A cultural shift in the way leadership potential is recognized.

According to our data, women are rising in leadership. They are being promoted at higher rates than men – and at younger ages.

Here are the key findings from our research:

♀️ Women are being promoted to leadership roles at higher rates than men, especially in the 30-39 age group.

♀️ Male leaders play a key role in accelerating change, promoting more women than female leaders do.

♀️ Industries with fewer women are promoting them at higher rates than those with more balanced workforces.

These findings challenge conventional beliefs. And they suggest that company culture and leadership style play a bigger role in shaping career paths than gender alone. That’s really awesome – but it's also nothing less than what we should be striving for, right?

🔗 We’ve written a full article unpacking the research. You can access it here: https://hubs.ly/Q039W0NN0

The future of leadership is being shaped right now. Whether we are seeing a temporary trend or a lasting shift is really up to us.
Let’s accelerate action and make this change last.

Breaking the Mold: The Quiet Gender Revolution in Promotions | Ennova Data shows that more women are being promoted to leadership roles more often than men - and sooner. Dive into the numbers and possible explanations here.
