Training is underway for Cykelnerven, Denmark’s toughest charity cycling event! 🚴‍♀️

He is part of the 500+ riders, all taking on Tour de France climbs to raise funds and awareness for the Danish MS Association and MS research.

Four things to consider when getting started on bowel irrigation:

3️⃣ Right Amount of Water: The volume of water used during irrigation can vary from person to person and depends on your specific bowel condition and the type of irrigation product you're using. Use only the amount of water your healthcare professional recommends to ensure safe and effective irrigation.

4️⃣ Stay Hydrated: Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking the amount of water your healthcare professional advises. Proper hydration is essential, as inadequate water intake could lead to the water used during irrigation being absorbed by your bowel.
