There’s this image—I’ve had it for a while now.

I remember turning around halfway, heading back to the village in the middle of the night for my camera. Despite having brought it specifically to capture this image, I had somehow managed to forget it.

The image depicts a certain type of flower—a flower that has managed to take root in the middle of the desert. Its colors—pink transitioning into a deep, almost burgundy red, and an orangey yellow that becomes almost fluorescent under the artificial light of the car—had me completely under its spell.

I can’t say whether this image directly influenced the creation of our new fragrance, but I see a connection between the spellbinding desert flowers and our new meditation.
