Women Mentoring Women 2026

This mentorship program is designed for women pursuing BSc and MSc degrees who want to grow both personally and professionally.
Through a combination of social activities and top-tier workshops delivered by Bain & Company, you will gain the tools to reflect on your personality, identify your strengths, map your path to success, and boost your confidence.

Each participant will be paired with a Bain mentor who will guide you throughout the programme. By joining the Women Mentoring Women programme, you’ll not only receive expert career coaching and personal development guidance but also join a community of like-minded, ambitious women.

For those interested in a career in consulting, this mentorship guarantees an interview for the Associate Consultant/Associate Consultant Internship by the end of the programme.

- February 18 – Introduction to Bain, consulting, and the Women Mentoring Women Programme
- March 4–5 – Overnight offsite with a focus on purpose and personal direction
- May 13 – Case interview preparation
- June 24 – Building confidence and presentation skills

before, during, and after the event!

Each company will give a short 15-minute presentation providing an introduction to their industry and organization, followed by a brief Q&A. The evening will conclude with ample time for networking, allowing you to ask more personal questions or simply enjoy the atmosphere with your friends.
