Even though, it would be nice, if we could just be allowed to be Trine Askholm Olrik, founder of InnovatorQ, and Helene Aagaard, CEO of Diversity Factor and co-founder of GoGetty, we cannot change that we are also women - something we actually don't want to change. That acknowledgement leaves us with both opportunities and limitations.

Yesterday, our co-founder Helene and the Danish artist Kristian von Hornsleth Public held an after-work talk about art x diversity and inclusion. Moderator Trine Askholm Olrik structured the debate around topics such as where are women in art and how are they treated, girl gaze vs male gaze and sexualisation of the female body in art. Thank you to everyone, who came and joined the lively debate!
