Yes!!
And we care about why.

Contrology restores physical fitness: “ You will develop muscular power with corresponding endurance,ability to perform arduous duties,to play strenuous games,to walk,run or travel for long distances without undue body fatigue or mental strain” Joseph Pilates

Pilates is the greatest functional body and mind strength training. We work with the body as a whole , balancing all the muscles of the body from inside out as we use resistance that connects directly to muscles as they contract AND lengthen . The body is developed uniformly and muscles are working optimally to their design and function.
All movements are natural and performed with deep awareness and detail as well as a deep connection to breathing.

Happy mother’s day❤️
I am grateful for my mother’s strength and care. I feel privileged and so happy to have two daughters to care for and to love.
To be a mother.
In my work as a pilates teacher I meet women and mothers every day in all stages of life. Some have postponed for years taking the time for selfcare. But all have realized that it is crucial to take the time to care for your own body, mind and spirit. To nurture yourself and heal in order to be there for others.
Classical Pilates offers that nurture in its completeness . Classical Pilates balances and rebalances the muscles of the entire body as a unit.
It increases circulation , improves joint and spinal health. It Regulates the nervous system and improves sleep, appetite and lymphatic system.

Through Pilates we breathe, we move, we uplift ourselves and others and we regain our strength and our perseverance.

The sculpture by Carl J.Bonnesen, “The mother “ can be viewed in Copenhagen, in the cupidpark outside the hospital “Rigshospitalet”, where many children are born everyday. As also my firstborn daughter Anna.

Jeg er taknemmelig for min mors styrke og omsorg. Jeg føler mig privilegeret og lykkelig for at have mine to døtre at passe på og at elske.
At være mor.
I mit arbejde som pilateslærer møder jeg kvinder og mødre hver dag i alle livets faser. Nogle har udskudt at tage sig tid til dem selv. Men alle har indset, at det er afgørende at tage sig tid til at passe på sin egen krop, sind og ånd. At pleje sig selv og at hele for at kunne være der for andre.
Klassisk Pilates tilbyder denne pleje i sin helhed. Klassisk Pilates balancerer og genopretter musklerne i hele kroppen som helhed. Pilates øger blodcirkulationen, forbedrer led- og rygsøjlens sundhed. Pilates regulerer nervesystemet og forbedrer søvn, appetit og lymfesystem.

Igennem forbedret vejrtrækning og bedre bevægelse opløfter vi os selv og andre og genvinder vores styrke og udholdenhed.
