Danish Engine Trend Analyzing - DETA

We had a pleasent visit from a familiar face who has audited us (DETA) for many years for our clients in Iceland. We only had a three year break in the audit visits due to corona. “Teams” had become the new black. It is good to finally have personal visits by our customers and auditors again. Afterwards we had a nice dinner. Thanks for visiting Siggi!

I just had the pleasure of visiting our customer Sky Express at their facilities in Athens International Airport to give an ECTM familiarization course.
The purpose of the visit was to give the employees basic understanding of how trend monitoring works and how this can be used in their daily work. Also, personnel from the HCAA (Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority) attended the course.
I feel we all learned from the meeting, and I personally was also happy to meet our customer in their own environment. This gives a good understanding of their work and will help with future communication.
