MCMS Warka has been producing machines for farmers and orchard owners, with more than 60 variants of agricultural machinery in their portfolio. With such a wide product range, manual welding became a challenge: operators spent around 30% of their time on positioning and preparation, rather than welding.

Thanks to our partner Elmark Automatyka they introduced a Universal Robots cobot and SmoothTool and achieved these results:

The cobot became a support for the welding team, helping them manage repetitive tasks while keeping their expertise at the center of production.
