HUH - faldt lige over denne anmeldelse af en af årets udgivelser fra Diving Ducks 🙏

On this week's NEW RELEASES BOARD, we kick it off with an artist new to Sweet Beets, Diving Ducks with "Rain" from their album "Acoustic from below". Upon the initial spin, we fell in love with the song's masterful production. Appropriately titled, it took us a couple of listens to confirm that there was supportive percussion beyond the stringed instruments. The ensemble comes together perfectly with each instrument shining at all of the right moments. As the song develops, the vocals get excitedly more prevalent as does the instrumentation, until it climaxes from a crescendo rich journey, ultimately winding us down to appreciate the calmness of the rain. Ric stated that song writing was his focus....it appears he kicked this off with a winner.
