During commissioning, our technical experts can assist the truck builder in trouble shooting. This saves time and delivery on time.
When the truck is on the road, we can support the driver and analyse malfunctions. Often our technical experts can solve the problem on the spot. The driver must not drive to a workshop and can continue the deliveries of the day.
If there is a defect on the truck, our technical experts can often identify the faulty component on the truck. The truck workshop then knows ahead of receiving the truck for repair, which components to have on stock and what to repair. Repair can be done quicker ― reducing cost and down time.
