During 3 Days of Design, we are bringing design, craftsmanship and cocktails together on the water.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Bite Organic Mixers will board Judie in Nyhavn, serving cocktails on deck as part of the floating design lounge with Made by Hand, Intra lighting and Original BTC.

Come by, have a drink, explore the lighting installations and enjoy a summer moment by the canal.

Frozen cocktails just got a permanent spot in the office. 🧊

We’ve been seeing serious demand for BITE slushie setups - branded machines, frozen cocktails and frozen lemonades

So instead of fighting with the big bar machines every time we want to try something new (anyone who’s cleaned one of those knows the pain), we got ourselves a small 2.5L machine for the office.

Now we test. Constantly.

First up: a recipe from our Norwegian partners. 1 part BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry. 1 part Adriatico Amaretto. 3 parts water. Sweet, tart, and dangerously drinkable on a summer terrace.
