🎯 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:
▪️ Provide first-point-of-contact technical support for POS software, hardware, and network issues.
▪️ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate problems efficiently.
▪️ Conduct system installations, customer training, and maintain support documentation.
📌 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭:
▪️ Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year of technical support experience (POS experience is a plus).
▪️ Solid IT certification with foundational knowledge of Linux, networks, and SQL.
▪️ Fluency in both English and Burmese (written and verbal).
▪️Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
▪️ A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to travel and learn new technologies.
