New office has a pretty decent view

Well what can one say about 2021 which hasn't already been said. It was a year full of challenges, changes, adaptation and in many ways growth. I am proud to say that thanks to all of our amazing staff we were able to confront and surmount all that came our way. It also spells the end of an amazing journey. We opened the hotel late 2007 and the last 14 years have been an absolute rollercoaster, and what an amazing ride it was. Firstly, I would like to thank all our staff who over the years have made everything possible, without you we definitely would not have stayed open so long nor reached the heights we did. Secondly our guests, many of which have become friends, and we look forward to keeping that friendship as we move forward. You allowed us to meet people from all walks of life, social backgrounds, cultures, and religions. It was an honor to speak and learn from all of you. So it is with a lot of schadenfreude that we officially announce the closure of The Peninsula House and Beach club restaurant. We will be keeping both the hotel and restaurant pages open if any of you wish to contact us. On that note we wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2022. May we meet again somewhere soon to share memories and make new ones

Bueno, ¿qué se puede decir sobre el 2021 que no se haya dicho ya? Fue un año lleno de desafíos, cambios, adaptación y en muchos sentidos crecimiento. Nos enorgullece decir que gracias a todo nuestro increíble personal pudimos enfrentar y superar todo lo que se nos presentó. También marca el final de un viaje asombroso. Abrimos el hotel a finales de 2007 y los últimos 14 años han sido una montaña rusa absoluta, y fue un viaje increíble. En primer lugar, me gustaría agradecer a todo nuestro personal que a lo largo de los años ha hecho todo lo posible, sin ustedes definitivamente no hubiéramos permanecido abiertos tanto tiempo, ni alcanzado las alturas que logramos. En segundo lugar, nuestros huéspedes , muchos de los cuales se han convertido en amigos, y esperamos mantener esa amistad a medida que avanzamos. Nos permitieron conocer personas en todos los ámbitos de la vida, orígenes sociales, culturas y religiones. Fue un honor hablar y aprender de todos ustedes. Así que es con mucha sensación agri-dulce, es que anunciamos oficialmente el cierre de The Peninsula House y el restaurante del club de playa. Mantendremos abiertas las páginas del hotel y del restaurante, si alguno de ustedes desea comunicarse con nosotros. En ese sentido, les deseamos a todos un feliz, saludable y próspero 2022. Que nos volvamos a encontrar pronto en algún lugar para compartir recuerdos y hacer nuevos.
