RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICIÓN
• Brindar soporte técnico presencial y remoto a clientes con sistemas basados en Windows.
• Dar soporte a plataformas telefónicas basadas en Asterisk.
• Administración de servidores.
• Configuración y mantenimiento de routers y switches.
• Administración de corta fuegos (Firewall) de la marca Fortinet.

REQUERIMIENTOS ACADÉMICOS
• Estudiante o egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería informática/Licenciatura informática o carreras afines.
• Ingles intermedio o avanzado.

• Manejo de sistemas operativos Windows X
