We’ve just announced changes to the Express Entry system. Key improvements will take effect on November 19th.

Changes include:
-exemptions for certain candidates from the Labour Market Impact Assessment requirement;
-changes to the job offer duration requirement;
-the amount of points awarded for job offers;
-awarding of points for international students who completed their studies in Canada; and,
-allowing candidates more time to submit an application for permanent residence once an invitation to apply is received.
