✅ Providing user assistance and support via emails and tickets (in English)
✅ Writing system documentation in HTML (in English)

Required Profile:
✅ Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
✅ Strong proficiency with office tools
✅ Familiarity with HTML for documentation
✅ Background in IT, computer science, or related field
✅ Experience in helpdesk or technical support is a plus
