The Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of the University of Oran 2 successfully concluded its 16th training session, marked by strong engagement, active participation, and a high level of interaction from students and project holders.

November Cohort 2025 – Center for Entrepreneurship Development


The Center for Entrepreneurship Development concluded the final day of training for the November 2025 Cohort during Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) at the University of Oran 2. This final session represented the culmination of an intensive, hands-on program designed to strengthen project holders entrepreneurial skills and practical understanding of business creation.

The day included a Serious Business Game – Strategic Decision Simulation

One of the key highlights of the final day was a Serious Business Game, where students were placed into small teams and immersed in a simulated entrepreneurial environment.
During this interactive game, participants had to:

Make strategic decisions under real-world constraints

Manage virtual company resources (budget, marketing, production, HR)

Respond to customer feedback and market changes

Compete with other teams to achieve the best business performance

This activity helped students strengthen their teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills—essential competencies for future entrepreneurs.

This rich and dynamic closing day demonstrates the Center’s mission to empower the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs as part of GEW 2025.
