What To Do On The Day Your Package is Being Delivered
You will receive your invoice by email prior to the delivery date.

On delivery day please have ready an envelope with the exact payment amount. You seal the envelope and write your name on the outside. You hand this to our driver when he comes to deliver your package. It is a simple Cash-On-Delivery transaction. Our drivers do not give change. If you are not going to be home you can leave the envelope with doorman at your building, and text us to let us know that we should leave your package with him.

We can only make one attempt to deliver to your location. If we have no success then your items will be available for you to pick up at the Cuenca location that you selected when you registered as a customer. See links below:

​For delivery to other areas throughout Ecuador payment is made in advance of shipment to any of the following banks: Banco Bolivariano, Banco Guayaquil, Cooperativa JEP, or, Banco Pichincha. Let us know your preferred bank near you and we will provide our account info.
