I have a lot to be thankful for. Here’s a shortlist: my health, my freedom, my family, my friends, my clients, my colleagues, my uniqueness, my unconditional love for everything and everyone, unity consciousness, Christ consciousness, deep nature, the animals, birdsong, sunrises & sunsets, our lakes & oceans, clean air, delicious whole foods, plant medicines, ceremony, my drum, my body as my temple, quiet mornings, quiet evenings, the four elements, the desire to keep growing, and of course, last but not least… DRAGONFLIES!

My wish on this birthday is to continue to witness our mother Gaia healing, our brothers and sisters to see their reflection in each other, for everyone to wake up to their divine nature and begin sharing their unbridled uniqueness, and a massive ribeye steak with all the fixings!

Thanks for being a part of my journey. Whether we just met or you’ve been following along for a while, I’m a believer that we’re all in this together. As Ram Dass said it best, “we’re all walking each other home.”

If today gets to be my party, then I hope you’ll join in. However you’d like to show up is great by me.

This year will be my best yet, because it gets to be. We are abundant by nature. As usual there are some exciting developments in the works, and I’m excited to connect with and serve more of you than ever before.

In closing, our world is going through some tremendous shifts at this time. These shifts are shaking the very foundation beneath most of our feet. Sending some into hiding, but mostly activating the best in us. You each play a special role in co-creating the world of our future. Stick together. Work together. We need you at your best… mind, body, spirit.

As I so often love to say, “lights will find other lights.”

Here’s some of what I’ve experienced in that stretch of time…

🔥 A better understanding of my health and how to maintain it
🔥 Consuming fewer toxins (food, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, television, p**n, negativity, air)
🔥 Fuelling myself with high-quality sources of energy (food, clean air, nature, natural & plant medicines, positivity, clean water)
🔥 Surrounding myself with people and places that inspire me
🔥 Continuing to anchor myself with a strong ballast in spirituality and a belief that everything is happening for me
🔥 A softening of the protective layers I put around my heart in an effort to protect my sensitivity
🔥 A release of judgements about self and others that used to keep me stuck in low vibrations
🔥 An opening of my heart space as I continue stretching myself to BE LOVE

I’ve fallen madly and deeply in love with my life, my lifestyle, my progress, my mission, my community, and every challenge that calls me deeper into my gifts.

It’s not about results or an outcome. It’s about who you become on your way to learning that they are less important than the gift of being truly alive.

I know that we are connected because you’re likely in this same journey. Thanks for reading fam!

My mom used to say, 𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬.

I’m grateful that I get the majority of my social graces from my amazing mama.

Always the social butterfly, she’s been teaching me about the power of connection and community since I was a boy.

She knew everybody and everybody knew her (still do). She excelled in real estate as a result, winning countless platinum sales awards over her career.

Back then, I took that phrase at face value, assuming she meant success comes from having the right connections, and in many ways, that’s very true.

But over time, I’ve reinterpreted her words through a deeper, more spiritual lens.

To me, 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 now means surrounding yourself with souls who activate you…
Who see you…
Who remind you of who you truly are and reflect that back to you.

I believe we each incarnate with a divine essence, a unique gift meant to be shared with the world. And when we gather in conscious community, we awaken that essence in one another.
