En esta edición como SR3 Invent nos hemos enfocado en generar con nuestros aliados un proceso de acompañamiento muy cercano a los proyectos inscritos. Nos encanta poder ser los pioneros en incentivar a jóvenes para que protejan el agua 💦 en el Ecuador. Se viene también la gran final nacional, quién será el proyecto ganador y representante ante la competencia internacional del Stockholm Junior Water Prize, organizada por SIWI - Stockholm International Water Institute.

Empowering the Next Generation of Women to Close the Gender Gap in Tech.
Around Women´s Day 8 March SIWI will together with our Key Founding Partner Xylem organize sessions for our SJWP alumni, young persons aged 16 – 25.

How can we support girls bridge the step from studying STEM to building a career in the tech industry? Welcome to an interactive session with a diverse panel who are eager to share their experiences working in technology and offer insights for what it takes for women to succeed in the field. Even though the session will focus on advising girls on how to build successful careers in technology, it is open to everyone who is interested in this important topic and will include the importance of both being and having male allies. The panelists will share their unique journeys, reflecting on topics such as honing self-confidence, developing peer networks, the importance of mentorship and sponsorship and the role of male allies.
