More from the Salon Del Chocolate expo today. Lots of vendors and producers. One of the more important finds was a producer of Vanilla Beans, from which of course vanilla extraxt is made.
In case you missed it, Arriba Cacao from Ecuador produces the best chocolate in the World. So you want to be sure and look for some of the chocolates I'll be posting about when you come.

I watched David Miño of Isveglio as he prepared this amazing beverage using dark chocolate from Pakal blended with espresso and steamed milk. Are your taste buds sending messages that one is waiting for you? This is a "jewel" waiting to be discovered while you're in Quito.
Watching the latte art was just a plus! Next time I have to get this on video because it is so cool to watch it being created.
