Laurent personally crafts the most delicious pralines in the world, and I can never resist the pleasure of indulging in them. Ended up bringing a ton of Parisian sweets with me.

FTL and LTL Shipments: What’s the Difference? 🤔

If you often hear logistics professionals mention FTL and LTL shipments and are unsure about the distinction, let us explain it to you now.

In reality, it’s quite straightforward.

📦 The abbreviation FTL, which stands for Full Truck Load, signifies loading a truck to its maximum capacity. Typically, this format is used for transporting large batches of cargo from a single client. The key advantage of FTL shipments is speed. The truck is loaded once and sent directly to the client.

📦 LTL (Less than Truck Load), as you might have guessed, involves a partially loaded truck. Essentially, it’s a consolidated shipment from multiple clients. The benefit here is that you can send a small batch of cargo and pay only for the space you occupy in the truck.
